Zack Peecher (Owner)
Zack has been in the mortgage lending business since 1997. He is a Colorado State University ('96) graduate with a degree in Finance, and is a National Merit Scholar. Zack grew up in Boulder and now lives in Denver with his wife Kelly, daughters Halley and Anna, and beagle Caffrey. An avid sportsman, Zack enjoys playing golf and attending Denver Broncos games.
Dave Kochenberger (Owner)
Dave was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Colorado in 1984, graduating from Pueblo Central High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Colorado (Colorado State University in Pueblo). Since 1998, Dave has been presented a great opportunity to hone his analytical and interpersonal skills within the industry. Dave lives in Littleton with his wife Kelly and daughters Morgan and Nina.
Gail LaGreca (Senior Loan Officer)
Gail began her career in the mortgage industry in 1998 after a long career in accounting. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Her motto is "Treat others as you would want to be treated," which is reflected by ensuring every clients' needs are met. Gail is almost a "native" Coloradan, having moved here from Nebraska when she was young. She has three sons that are very active in competitive soccer. When she's not on a sidelines somewhere, she enjoys golf, biking, hiking and travel.
Gabe Garcia (Loan Officer)
Gabe grew up in a military family and lived in many different places as a child. He was born in Italy and lived in Athens, Greece. Gabe's family settled in the Denver area where he attended and graduated from Regis High School and Regis University. Gabe also enjoys his other career as a firefighter with the City of Westminster. Gabe is a dedicated family man and lives in Longmont with his wife Cindy and their four children, Dylan, Danielle, Brooklyn and Andrew. In his free time, Gabe is probably watching one of the local sports teams or playing recreational sports.
